The Oregon Consolidated Chinese Benevolent Association will host their Annual Summer Festival on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Oaks Amusement Park, Picnic Area 1, from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 pm.  Portland Lee's Association will perform the Lion Dance at Noon.
